Towns Centre Management
SLDT provides a Town Centre Management service to Windermere, Bowness, Ambleside and Grasmere.
The role involves:
- Supporting the social and economic vitality of south Lakeland
- Working with organisations like Cumbria Tourism, LDNPA, CCC and SLDC to promote the area
- Helping local people and local businesses to realise their ambitions
- Working towards the physical regeneration of public space in local towns and villages
